e2i Campus Branding Campaign Proposal

PROJECT TYPE

Branding, Art Direction, Graphic Design

YEAR

2020

CLIENT

e2i

e2i is the empowering network institute for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions.

They would like to create a set of artworks for pillar wraps at L1 (Employer/Job Seeker focused), L1 lift landing (Employer focused) and L2 lift landing (Job Seeker focused). I focused on L1 pillar wraps, L1 lift landing and lift door.

The artworks should use a triangle motif to showcase the tripartite relationship between workers, employers, and the government and the three key thrusts of e2i.

I am tasked with developing a design direction concept for spatial advertising that showcases their services.

PROPOSED CONCEPT

"Molding the Shape of Progression"

"Molding the Shape of Progression” is the theme of the concept I proposed. It aims to represent e2i's contributions to Singapore's career landscape by shaping and molding the minds of job seekers and employers with the government to close the employability gap and increase productivity.

The custom illustrations are drawn to be constraint within the shape of e2i's triangular motif to express the main brand motif. The designs also feature the grouping of 3 triangular motifs, as seen on the lift lobby design and the background of the pillars. They convey the tripartite relationship between workers, employers, and the government that e2i wishes to accomplish.

FINAL ARTWORK & MOCK UP

To showcase the design, we have to project the visuals onto physical spaces.

FOLLOW-UP

Although this is just a proposal, it was still a concept I am relatively proud of. Due to sudden change in plan, my company was not able to proceed with the design proposal. The project became a mixture of human resource management which my company was not able to manage. However, I will take my experience from presenting my works to attending meetings as a skill I will continue to build on.
